Alan Rickman told me a ‘Harry Potter’ spoiler

Late actor Alan Rickman apparently spilled the beans a few main “Harry Potter” plot twist.

Comic Eddie Izzard recalled how the pair have been having dinner when Rickman supposedly revealed the spoiler.

“Alan had began enjoying Professor Snape from the Harry Potter movies,” Izzard informed the Guardian. “He portrayed him with an intense and brittle spirit. I requested if Snape continued in future tales.

“ ‘Nicely,’ he stated, ‘the newest e book has simply come out, ‘Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince’ then he quietly added: ‘And I — I’m the Half-Blood Prince,’ ” she stated.

Izzard remembered the dinner happening in 2003 however “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” was launched in 2005.

Rickman, who died in 2016 attributable to pancreatic most cancers, was properly know for his portrayal of the slimy potions professor Severus Snape within the “Harry Potter” franchise in addition to Hans Gruber in 1988’s “Die Arduous.”

The journals revealed that he wished to stop the “Harry Potter” motion pictures.

The “Love Truly” star later penned his ideas on the sequence conclusion and the way it made him really feel.

“I’ve completed studying the final Harry Potter e book,” a July 2007 entry stated. “Snape dies heroically, Potter describes him to his kids as one of many bravest males he ever knew and calls his son Albus Severus.

“This was a real ceremony of passage. One small piece of knowledge from [JK] Rowling seven years in the past – Snape cherished Lily – gave me a cliff edge to hold on to,” Rickman added.
