One morning, hockey followers in Iowa didn’t have to depart the state to observe an NHL membership. The Minnesota Wild headed south on Interstate 35 to Des Moines and held a free and open follow recreation. Greater than 1,500 followers came visiting the Iowa Wild and its mother or father membership, which is supported by many former Iowa Wild stars. Shannon Ehrhardt of KCCI tells the story.
