FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — A 3rd man charged within the deadly capturing in Fall River will seem in courtroom on Wednesday.
Anthony Miranda, 36, of New Bedford, Was charged with manslaughter within the dying of Jose Roberto Zelaya, 45.
He was additionally charged with assault with a firearm, assault with a harmful weapon, possession of an unlawful firearm and possession of a loaded unlawful firearm.
Police say Miranda was concerned in a bar struggle on the riverside Rodman Avenue sports activities bar and restaurant with Luis Colon-Delgado, 42, and Jose Pagan, 23.
